Seriously. Anyone voting for Chancellor Obama in 2012 is anti-American and only wants socialism and the destruction of the American dream.

So, who to vote for in the Republican Party.

Ron Paul? Only if you hate Israel, believe in segregation, racism, international isolation and radical tin-foil hat conspiracy theories. So, no.

Newt Gingrich? Only if you want another Republican who does believe that the government has a place in American lives implementing policies much like FDR and Wilson enacted. However, he does believe that people's lives depend on their own personal responsibilities.

Mitt Romney? Only if you really want a progressive RINO and believe that the role of government is to take care of everyone's needs. Vote for him only if you care about looks and electability and not principles.

Rick Santorum? This is our only conservative hope. He is the only one who understands the non-differences between ObamaCare and RomneyCare. He understands the economic destruction that awaits us if we do not fix our budget mess.

After listening to Mitch Daniels on the Republican Party's rebuttal speech to Chancellor Obama's State of the Unions speech, I wish he was running this year. He is so far the only one that had the audacity to call Obama a liar and a utter failure.

OH COME ON!! Time To Get Liberals Out Of War

It is high time that we get liberals, let alone politics, out of the management of our wars. When politics start making decisions, our soldiers die unnecessarily. There is no place that our soldiers should have to second guess their fire-no-fire decisions in fear of POLITICAL repercussions. When our soldiers are on the battlefield and are trying to kill our enemies, they should not be held back on the basis of placating some political figure.

Especially when that political figure is a foreign politician.

Prepare to get your blood boiling. This is a travesty of justice my friends.

Joshua Waddell, a first lieutenant in the U.S. Marines, appeared on his way to a stellar career as an American military officer. The son of a retired Navy SEAL commander, Waddell had won a Bronze Star during his first tour of duty in Afghanistan and had returned for a second.

Then he made a decision in combat that military experts say has severely jeopardized his future in the corps.

On Nov. 1, Waddell, a 25-year-old executive officer with 3rd Battallion, 7th Marine Corps Regiment, was monitoring a surveillance camera in Sangin, Afghanistan, when he spotted a man who had been identified as a bomb maker working with area insurgents. Two days earlier, a sergeant from India Company had lost both legs and a hand when a bomb detonated in their area of operation. The man spotted on the camera was believed to be responsible.

After receiving permission from his battalion commanders, Waddell ordered Marine snipers to open fire on the man, and he was hit. A group of Afghans rushed to the man, put him on a tractor and attempted to flee. Waddell ordered the snipers to hit the engine block of the tractor, disabling it so the man believed to be a bomb maker would not escape. The tractor was hit but no civilians were injured.

If the story was to stop there, he would probably be awarded another medal. He received authority to take out a bomb-maker and to make sure he DIED. The bomb-maker was being rescued by people who put themselves in to the battlefield. They decided to put their lives on the line to try and save our enemy. Remember the mantra, "if you are not with us, then you are against us"? Or how about, "If you protect our enemies, you will be our enemy"? (I paraphrase, but that is the gist of the Bush administration's war plan). Yet......

Then, about three weeks later, the civilians who helped remove the wounded man from the area were found to be teenagers.

As a result, Waddell was demoted from executive officer, and the battalion commander, Lt. Col. Seth Folsom, determined he had violated rules of engagement that governed when Marines could fire, and at whom. Folsom said Wadell "is not recommended for promotion" and "in violation of [combat rules] during an engagement." The report stated that "noncombatant local nationals" were in the area of direct fire and that "the engagement resulted in a damaged local national vehicle."

And yet, his higher ranking superiors are throwing their hands up in helpless wonder. BULL CRAP. If you believe a member of your battalion, a soldier under your command, is being shafted, YOU HAVE TO GO TO WAR FOR YOUR FELLOW GRUNT.

If our military command can not even stand up and defend this decorated soldier, then we have some generals to replace. Starting with the top.

Hosting User's Files Will Get You Treated Like Murderer

We have surely gone to a totalitarian world when multiple governments can work together to trample all over Free Speech and Free Market principles. Megaupload, a file-hosting service that allows users to upload files to their own accounts and then share links to those files with others, has been raided like they were mass murderers. Their assets and hardware were seized across the globe and arrested like master criminals. Even the news article makes it seem as if making money by selling bandwidth and storage was illegal.

New Zealand police on Saturday revealed bizarre details of the arrest of the suspected kingpin of an Internet copyright theft case against the James Bond-like backdrop of a country mansion hideaway with electronic locks, a safe room and a pink Cadillac.

See, he's a real crazy scumbag isn't he. A veritable KINGPIN living in an obviously crazy life that we all know makes him a suspect. I mean, who owns a Pink Cadillac but a Master Kingpin of the Internet?

Me wonders how the media would portray Howard Hughes today?

The group was accused of engaging in a scheme that took more than $500 million away from copyright holders and generated over $175 million in proceeds from subscriptions and advertising.

I'm sorry: "a scheme" ?!?! It was an obvious and overt business arrangement that provided a service to internet users across the globe who wanted to connect with people and share information. People freely and willingly of their own accord subscribed to their service and paid to advertise on their site. How was this an underhanded scheme to bilk copyright holders?

A police official said dozens of officers, backed by helicopters, forced their way into the mansion, nestled in lush, rolling farmland, after Dotcom refused them entry, a scene more reminiscent of a high-octane spy drama than the usual policeman's lot in rural New Zealand.

"Despite our staff clearly identifying themselves, Mr Dotcom retreated into the house and activated a number of electronic-locking mechanisms," said Detective Inspector Grant Wormald from the Organised and Financial Crime Agency New Zealand.

Officers broke the locks and Dotcom barricaded himself into a safe room which officers had to cut their way through to gain access.

"Once they gained entry into this room, they found Mr Dotcom near a firearm which had the appearance of a shortened shotgun," he said. "It was definitely not as simple as knocking at the front door."

I would say not. At least in America, one does not have to allow policemen entry in to your home. And if they break in, you are allowed to defend yourself. He felt he was being attacked and retreated to a safe room. The officers broke in to his home like criminals themselves. If this was all on the up-and-up, then how come there is no mention of an arrest warrant?

And we see here again, that the USA's FBI is directing law enforcement in other countries. This makes no sense. Anyway, again, we see here an attempt to paint this man as a crazy loon that must be arrested for the good of society. And the tar and feathering gets worse

The house where Dotcom was arrested was one of the largest and most expensive in the country, worth around NZ$30 million.

Dotcom leased the property after being blocked from buying it last year by the government after failing to meet a "good character" test for migrants, although he was granted residency in 2010.

Dotcom has previous convictions for insider trading and embezzlement from his time in Germany and Thailand, according immigration authorities, leading some opposition politicians to question why he was allowed to settle in the first place.

See, he's just a very bad character that sneaked in to the country in an underhanded fashion and stole this property because he wasn't allowed to lease it. And to prove he's fishy, we paint him as a criminal in other countries. He's very scary.

The FBI said Dotcom personally made $42 million from Megaupload in 2010 alone.

One video on YouTube shows him racing a Mercedes in the Gumball 3000 road rally and talking about bribing a Moroccan official.

Another clip shows a 2011 New Year's Eve fireworks display over Auckland organized and paid for by Dotcom to celebrate his family being granted residency. The display was reported to have cost $500,000.

See, he isn't like normal people at all. He has to be stopped. He must be punished for his outlandish lifestyle that puts other people at risk of feeling like poor losers. No matter what, he must be thrown in jail, no matter what it takes!!! I mean, who dares earn money and spends it on himself. How ridiculously selfish of this master criminal Kingpin.

U.S. Justice Department officials have said that the estimate of $500 million in economic harm to copyright holders cited in a U.S. indictment was at the low end.

The allegations included copyright infringement as well as conspiracy to commit copyright infringement, conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to commit racketeering. Two of the offences carry a maximum penalty of 20 years.

The companies charged, Megaupload Ltd and Vestor Ltd, were both registered in Hong Kong and owned either in large part or solely by Dotcom.

Some 100 officers raided four premises in Hong Kong on Friday including luxury hotel rooms, seizing computer equipment and freezing HK$330 million ($42.5 million) in financial assets, according to Hong Kong Customs.

One wonders how the FBI even has standing in this case when the servers and the service is not US owned or located on US soil? Again, the scary part in all of this is how the US government, through its media mouthpieces like Reuters, can dictate its tyranny over internet usage in other countries.

Let me ask you this question. If I went to an estate sale, and as a part of the sale or a direct buy, I got my hands on a large number of books. Now, I can't possibly read them all so I decide to share them with my book-loving friends. I pass them out to my friends and when they are done with them, I share them with other friends and family. Anyone can come to me and request to read the book. Have you ever shared a movie with a coworker?

Now, most people see no problem with this. I mean, come on, it is only a book. But that is actually breaking copyright law. You may say, wait, what Megaupload did was different. They were sharing massive amounts of digital media to people who didn't buy the media. No, they were not.

First, there is no difference between a digital book and a real paper book. Second, they were not actively sharing stolen media. Third, they were providing a service to allow subscribers to store their media. And some shared those books with friends and people they trusted. Some, shared them with anyone who asked for them. Fourth, these books are only shared when asked for. They are not actively sharing that digital information in an open-door fashion like courts have said was the illegal nature of Napster and torrent programs.

Are cops now going to arrest Pawn Shops for selling equipment and books? How about second-hand books stores? What about consignment shops that sell clothes? Isn't their an artistic license and "ownership" that comes with creating a clothing line and hand tools? Do we not see people arrested for selling knock-offs? Then why is it not illegal to share or sell your clothes, books and tools?

Users could upload material to the company's sites which then would create a link that could be distributed. The sites, which included video, music and pornography, did not provide search capabilities but rather relied on others to publish the links, the U.S. indictment said.

No, they did not include video, music or pornography. Like you said in the sentence before, the sites only had links to your files on your accounts that were held in non-US countries. And, if the site does not actively push those links, then how are they responsible for a scheme to bilk copyright holders in America?

Obviously, they are the Kingpins of the Internetz.

Does this mean that now Amazon will be raided by hundreds of cops and their masterminds thrown in jail? Do they not offer a storage and sharing solution as well? How about sites that only store the files temporarily allowing users to send large files to friends across the globe? What if you are a search engine that produces results that have such links? Is Google and Ask.com now violating copyright for pushing that link to the users of their service?

The bill, H.R. 3699, would also make it illegal for other federal agencies to adopt similar open-access policies.

What happens when you get a supposed disgruntled union guy who was let go by his money-hungry union?

You get a DNC supported hack with a blatantly biased illogical story who can't wait to harass RNC candidates he blindly sees as responsible.

As reporters and Mitt Romney supporters filed outside the gymnasium where the former Massachusetts governor had led a raucous rally ahead of the primary here Tuesday, Randy Johnson, a stooped and bearded man in late middle age, stood silently to the side and watched. Nearby, an operative with the Democratic National Committee directed reporters to him, where one by one, Mr. Johnson told them his story.

The DNC, he says, pays for his flights and for a hotel room, and he needled the DNC operative following him around for making him pay for tolls and buy lunch as they travelled around New Hampshire.

So, what is this guy's story? What is his gripe against Romney?

The 57-year-old described how he worked at a factory making office supplies owned by Smith Corona, which facing bankruptcy, sold his plant to another company, Ampad, that has recently been acquired by Bain Capital. Ampad promptly fired all of the workers at the plant, and then re-hired most of them. Since they were a union shop, and over half of the employees had been re-hired, the new owners were forced to recognize the union. They tried to renegotiate the contract, but the union eventually decided to go on strike, so Ampad shuttered the once-profitable factory.

Can you see the truth there? He was a member of a union that caused the business to lose money to the point it was going bankrupt. Another company came in to save the day. In thinking of slimming down and saving the company, they fired everyone. Then realizing that they had fired union people, they hired most of them back and tried to renegotiate the contract. The union refused to come to an agreement. That led to the closure of the plant. The union forced these two owners to close the plant because they refuse to come to terms how harmful their demands are.

And what is worse? HE HAS ANOTHER UNION JOB!!!

Mr. Johnson said he has been to five Romney events so far this year, and has spoken at union halls and on talk radio “to anyone who will listen.”

He had to relocate from Indiana to Pittsburgh and is taken leave from a job at the steelworker’s union there.

This guy, is a member of another union in another state and the union is allowing him leave, with pay, to go harass a political candidate... and also get reimbursed by a major political party.

Odd, huh?

This is Michigan. A state turning its approval toward Muslim Sharia law. There are many stories like this where common folk are harassed and even arrested while trying to exercise their rights. Or in this case, defend their property. If you elect liberals to local office, then stop whining about loss of rights.

In case if you are wondering, Westland is 8 miles west of Detroit and about 4-6 miles west of lovely Dearborn. Which has become known as "Dearborn-istan" due to the increasing reliance and favoritism towards Sharia and antagonism towards US Constitutional rights.

WESTLAND, Mich. "My mom called me, said someone had kicked in the door," said Sean Street.

He called 9-1-1 to report his mother's break-in, then hustled from his West Bloomfield home to his mom's apartment on Wayne Road in Westland. He said it took him one hour. Now, he and his mom were waiting for police.

Sean called 9-1-1 again. He said he waited one more hour, but still no police, so he made a third 9-1-1 call. Did he lose his temper?

"Actually was no profanity whatsoever. I was very polite with them. The officer actually seemed very polite, also, and he told me let us handle it. Don't take matters into your own hands," Street explained.

He said a witness claimed he saw the guys break-in and that person waited for police to arrive.

"He said that he talked to the witness upstairs. The witness wouldn't tell him exactly who it was. He just told him that it was two guys wearing black hoodies and that there was nothing they could do about it," Street said. "I asked him if they would've came on time, the guys would've still been there? He said, if you want us to have a faster response time, contact the mayor to see if we can arrive on time faster and have more police officers."

So, no arrest. Then, a week later, Sean Street got a misdemeanor ticket in the mail. The ticket read "Malicious use of communications device misuse of 911." He must appear in court.

The ticket says Street repeatedly called 9-1-1 escalating a police run because he was unhappy with the response time.

If convicted, he faces a $500 fine and 90 days in jail.

Street said he called 9-1-1 three times and does not believe that's excessive. "They found the time to write me a ticket. They never followed up with my mom about the investigation, the detective at all, but the detective actually had time to write me a ticket for that," Street told us.

Wake up people. When you allow a different legal system, a different culture, a different and more lax view of the US Constitution to engrain itself upon a city and its legal system, there is no longer room for American culture and its laws.

Christians have been arrested over the last few years because of the simple desire to have freedom of speech and the right to assemble. But, when you confront Sharia Law, there is no lee-way - you will be arrested.

Who did you Iowans vote for in the Republican caucus? Well, Mitt Romney came out with an 8 vote lead over Rick Santorum. New Gingrich came in third.

Did you vote for Santorum? Why? Because he is a social conservative? I'm going to show you that that isn't what you think it means. In fact, Rick Santorum is a Socialist Republican. He is more RINO than RINO.

Santorum attacks President Ronald Reagan for increasing retirement age for Social Security.

Santorum faults Reagan for increasing the Social Security retirement age. Santorum states that by doing so, he increased the entitlement crisis.

But isn’t keeping people working longer mean fewer will get on Social Security, and more will be still be adding to the fund instead of drawing it?

And, like the esteemed John F Kerry Santorum keeps referring to himself in the third person. CREEEEEPY!!!

He does not focus on economic issues during an economic downturn that your competitor created.

He is focusing solely on social issues. I'm sure it is because he doesn't want to highlight to the republican voters how much trouble he has caused this nation for his pro-government pro-entitlement anti-business stance.

He actually gleefully defends his level of earmarks and entitlements while in Congress.

Horrible. An Afghan 15 year-old child bride describes being locked and tortured by her husband and in-laws.

Sahar Gul told officials: “My mother-in-law pulled out my nails.”

The BBC reported:

A video given to the BBC shows the extent of the injuries suffered by a 15 year-old Afghan child bride who was locked up and tortured by her husband.

The girl was left starving after being detained by him and his family for several months.

The case came to light this week when police rescued the teenager, Sahar Gul, who had been locked up in the basement of her in-laws’ house.

Police say that she had had her nails and clumps of hair pulled out.

In addition they say she had chunks of flesh cut out with pliers.

Can you guess how she was rescued from this evil P.O.S.?

Sahar Gul was married off to a 30-year-old man around seven months ago, when she was just 14 years old. Her parents contacted police after not being able to see her for several months.

Yep. She was sold to a 30-year old pedophile by her parents. Said pedophile and family then proceeded to torture and mutilate her. I will assume (based on history) that she failed to "perform marital relations" as prescribed by the pedophilic-Sharia law.

When her loving parents failed to hear from their most valuable property, they called the cops.

Her parents should be locked up as well!!!

Another reason why we should be seeking to utterly destroy this fallacy of a culture. We should not be seeking to come to peace accord with them. Doing so is a travesty of all the American blood that has been shed on that desert.

8 Things Republicans Must Do In 2012 And On To Save This Nation - And The Party

Recently, I wrote how NMP Mr Obama views America, its citizens, their freedoms, and America's heritage.

In Dr Wolf's (Washington Times) piece, he points out - rather correctly in my opinion - that Obama views America as stupid, untrustworthy and in dire need of massive governmental control in order to save it from itself. What Dr Wolf does not cite is that this is the predominant view of the Democrat party (holy hell people.. it is not.. "democratic" party. those are two different things). Even many Republican party members tie their horse to this Big Socialism\Statism hitching post. They love the power and the money. They love the power the money gives them. They love the power they get when people ask them for money. Socialism strokes egos of the powerful. For those who are not dead and dying under its yoke.

It is a very powerful lure. Satan always has been. The power to control people's lives has corrupted people from time immemorial. It has been the downfall of almost every person. Kids learn it when they are young. The power to pick people to be on their team. The power to "pick first". The power to tell on someone or to keep a dirty secret. Unfortunately for Socialists, their sins are plainly evident for everyone to see. Unfortunately for Americans, the Socialist Democrats have a better PR machine than Satan.

America has increasingly suffered under the ever increasing yoke of governmental control, influence and outright tyranny. Yet, half of this nation, thanks to government-provided education, thinks that Socialism is just fine - when enacted properly, of course. And if it were not for those pesky Republicans getting in the way, Socialism could be enacted like it should be and we could all live in the Garden of Eden once more.

But what the gullible, ignorant, uneducated sycophants fail to realize is that the Socialists' plans are working as designed. These dolts (perfect example can be found at OWS protests) are blaming others for their problems like they want you to. They are demanding someone else pay higher taxes so that they can be given stuff for free. They are demanding that taxes on corporations be near deathblow limits in order to fund immoral social programs for a minority few.

Sorry to inform you folks, but that plan has been coming in to fruition for decades and has nearly come to fruition under the greatest Socialist of all time - NMP Mr Obama. He puts Stalin and Mussolini to shame in his ability to control people's daily lives, to the amount of money he forcibly transfers around, and to how many freedoms have been taken away.

For the Republicans to remain relevant in 2012 and beyond, there are only just a few things that they MUST do. This also includes what they must promise to do in order to regain control over the 3 branches of our formerly-representative government.

1) Repeal ObamaCare. This is the worst piece of Socialist travesty since the order to inter Japanese\German-Americans. Its trampling upon freedom of choice is a blasphemy to all our soldiers died for.

2) Change our tax code. Our tax code is the most repressive, regressive, progressive in the world. I use progressive not in the forward moving sense, but in the anti-American sense. We need to create either a flat or relatively flat tax system and one that is business friendly. We should not be out-taxed by killer Socialist nations like France.

3) End all Subsidy and Social programs funded by federal tax dollars. It is not just common sense but now our only means for economic survival. Our government should not be in the business of funding social programs or businesses over another.

4) Reverse the last 10-20 years of federal regulations. This doesn't mean stop their funding source. This means repeal. We must repeal many of the burdensome anti-business regulations that stifles entrepreneurship and business expansion.

5) Close shop on thousands of federal offices. Starting with the EPA, the Depts of Energy and Education, start closing down their doors and fire them. They have no purpose but to kill individualism, growth, business and the American economy.

6) Open up every single national energy source and type. In order to grow our economy and save the lower and middle class, we must have affordable energy, products and food. We can not have an expanding economy when we shut down our energy supplies. Open up all sites for competitive bid after businesses agree to donating to "superfund" fund based upon the revenue generated from the sale of the resource.

7) Start selling unused federal lands. This includes some unpopular "protected" lands and industrialized properties. Give most of the land back to the states.

8) Open up federal lands to build gas refineries and nuclear power reactors. 'nuff said.

Failure to accomplish these tasks, or even attempt them, will mean the death of the Republican party as President Reagan once knew it. Failure to work to save our nation and its economy will mean the death of America.

Memorial Using US Flag Found To Violate State Law

According to Maryland State workers, a memorial placed inside a traffic circle using a US Flag, violates state law.

A Maryland community is up in arms after state highway workers removed an American flag honoring military personnel from a traffic circle and threw it into a dump truck.

“We want our flag back,” Rhonda Winkler told Fox News & Commentary. “We are patriots and we love America.”

Winkler and her family erected the flag in a traffic circle three years ago in the town of Woodbine. They posted the flag to honor their nephew, a soldier deployed to Afghanistan.

Winkler said she received a telephone call alerting her that state highway workers had taken down the flag and the flag pole, tossing both into the back of a dump truck.

“They told us it was against the law to erect a flag on the traffic circle,” Winkler said. “They told my husband that whoever put up the flag could be arrested for trespassing.”

And, what did the state of Maryland say about all this?

State highway workers also told her that people had complained about Old Glory.

David Buck, a spokesman for the state high department, told the Baltimore Sun that there is also a safety issue.

“They don’t have traffic control out there, and they don’t have (road work) vests on,” he told the newspaper.

As for now – there’s no indication if the state of Maryland will reverse their decision – or if the Winkler family will get back their flag.

She said state workers have refused to return the Stars and Stripes.

So, because the family did not have a police escort to control traffic and did not wear safety vests while they were putting up their flag memorial (years ago), then the memorial is nothing more than trash. A safety hazard. A THING that must be removed and thrown in to the trash heap.

Remember people, it is very important who you vote for. Even in your local elections.

While the state is correct in removing the memorial as it is on public property and they did not have a permit for its installation, most people forgive memorials. How often do you see crosses or flowers with flags placed along state roads where some loved-one had died?

The best way to fix this is to ask the local township if there is a spot where this family, with community support, can erect an ad-hoc memorial to the town's fallen.

According to a recent article, $1.5 million of federal stimulus money went to produce Internet videos. The money was earmarked to get inner city residents online by creating programming that would appeal to them. Of that, $230,000 went to producer Robert Townsend, and $700,000 to other vendors to produce “Diary of a Single Mom,” an online soap opera about a growing up in poverty. This is just a part of a $28 million Commerce Department grant which created One Economy, a project intended to wire the inner cities to the Internet.

Yes.. because the internet is exactly what the inner cities need to get out of poverty.

The best place for them to be, to get economically free,,, is sitting on a computer all day watching tax-payer funded videos about life in the inner city.

The idea that there is nothing on the Internet that appeals to people in the inner city is ridiculous. It’s based on a faulty premise that somehow inner-city people are different than others; that TV dramas about fabulously rich people, attractive lawyers, and doctors who never get messy are only appealing to white suburbanites; that people living in poverty want to see a story about living in poverty. Back in October 2009, I posted about how Rep Boehner could create jobs if he really wanted to. I'll repost my suggestions once again 2 years later. Take note, none of these have been done and we are still in an economic crisis.

Rep Boehner, if you really want to create jobs, then put in these changes.

* Place a one year freeze on Capital Gains taxes.
* Provide a one year moratorium on small-business and self-employment taxes.
* In addition to providing tax breaks for employees, reduce the taxes on employers. Reduce the top tax rate of 28, 33 and 35% down to 25%. Allow employers to keep more of their money so that they can AFFORD to employ more people.
* Eliminate or drastically reduce minimum wage requirement. Allow more young people to find employment - they have a 52% unemployment now.
* Implement a permanent 50% cut on corporate taxes. The US is the highest anywhere.
* Mandate that any pork spending be done one bill at a time.
* Mandate that any bill or spending measure can not have an amendment attached that is not related to the primary bill or spending measure.
* Make it illegal to give federal money to private companies (ie. subsidies, stimulus).
* Pass new laws making it unconstitutional, let alone illegal, for the federal government to take over and operate a private industry. (something tells me this is already illegal but no one wants to take a stand for some reason)
* Stop funding Arts and Science unless it is related to our national security.

With these options, you can really kick-start this economy. More so than providing federal funds to help stock vending machines. But, you have to have the guts to do what is right, not just what is expedient.

I'm sorry, but its been a long while since I've posted. I've had another blog I posted on during the past year or so. And, I've also just lost my heart.

I've not really had the heart to post much this past year.

I've seen this country vote for more Socialism and elect a highly Socialist president. I've seen Congress go more Socialist and grab up more personal and state's rights. I've almost lost all hope for this country and its people.

We have people killing other people over consumerism crap. We have politicians selling their souls in order to retain power. We have governments selling out their citizens in order to increase its hold over personal liberties.

I've had barely enough energy to care any more as I see this country on a suicide slide.

But, if this coming election turns, I may be around more. But, if we elect another RINO and refuse to undo all the past horrible and illegal bills that have passed, my pessimism will be justified.

But Rep Boehner, you are still playing politics with people's lives here. If you want to impress your base, the Republicans of the Americas, then put some meat in that bill. Things like this ...

• Allow small businesses to take a tax deduction equal to 20 percent of their income.

• Let small businesses join together to purchase health insurance for their workers the way large businesses and labor unions do.

• Enact genuine legal reform and policies that incentivize wellness to reduce health care costs for small businesses.

• Lower taxes for all taxpayers by reducing the current 15 percent rate to 10 percent and reducing the current 10 percent rate to 5 percent. This will provide an immediate increase in income to every taxpaying family in America and free up capital to help small businesses hire more workers.

• Expand health savings accounts (HSAs) to provide additional flexibility to small businesses in providing health care to their employees.

The Nobel committee keeps downgrading the worth of all previous Nobel prizes. When Nobels are given to terrorists and people who have done nothing at all .... on anything, then the value of all other Nobels are made completely worthless.

His award was given for his "efforts" in promoting "understandings" with the Muslim world. In addition, for his "efforts" to push for anti-nuclear proliferation.

I'm sorry, but when did he do these things? Was it when he forced Israel under his tanks tracks. oh sorry, he is anti-military, so under the wheels of his PRIUS.

And, when has he pushed for reductions in nuclear missiles as president? Oh sure, he played that hand while candidate Obama, but I really can't recall when he did so as President.

So, all we have now is a Nobel Peace prize for attacking Israel.

Which of course, is what Jimma and Bubba-Hotep did, and have been doing (for jimmy c at least), as well.

So, from now on, the Nobel Peace Prize will be forever known as the Nobel Prize for Jew-Haters.

Yes, because last time, it worked so well. How many conflicts have occurred since retreating from lands? I think we are getting close to needing two hands to count on. Over the last 5 years it is 2: Lebanon and Gaza. Yeah, that is a much better peaceful situation now.

So, based on who voted for whom in the Israeli elections, and who voted for whom in the US, my guess will be that Kadima will win the government and thus concede lands, Syria will attack Israel when the pull from Golan, Hamas and the PA will continue their assault, and Iran will build their bomb and use it against Israel (with the help of USSR).

Let's begin with a story. Back in the early days, Germany's administration created policies and laws to create "camps" where refugees and migrants could be placed during times of crisis. As we all know now, what happened to the people in those camps.

And before you start thinking that something like that can't happen again, do think again.

Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, D-Fla., has introduced to the House of Representatives a new bill, H.R. 645, calling for the secretary of homeland security to establish no fewer than six national emergency centers for corralling civilians on military installations.

The proposed bill, which has received little mainstream media attention, appears designed to create the type of detention center that those concerned about use of the military in domestic affairs fear could be used as concentration camps for political dissidents, such as occurred in Nazi Germany.

The bill also appears to expand the president's emergency power, much as the executive order ...that, ..., gave the president the authority to declare an emergency and take over the direction of all federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments without even consulting Congress.

But, never fear, its not like something like this could ever happen in America even if someone just happen to think of it.

President Bush recently signed a little-reported National Security and Homeland Security Directive granting extraordinary powers to the president in the event of a declared national emergency, apparently without congressional approval or oversight.
Houston-based KBR was awarded an initial $385 million contract in January 2006 for one year, with four one-year options extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.
ICE spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback told Corsi the primary intent of the contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration crisis.

So, for those of the conspiracy bent... you better start stocking that bomb shelter. For those who believe in Bible prophecy... you better get your soul right as it would seem that the clock is ticking.

What is the real purpose of having emergency shelters built over the last 8 years? If you thought that this was just a fund created for the "just in case" measure, then why keep paying them to build them each and every year? I can see no real reason to build these camps. There is no reason for these camps in case of natural disasters. For one, you never know where a natural disaster will occur or when it will occur. Why build 6 camps across the nation for a disaster in Florida, or California, or Alaska? The only point is to "HOLD" people that are placed there.

Think of it. Recall all of the time, hassle and cost of trying to transport only a small part of the population of New Orleans. Can you see FEMA moving people all over the US from a disaster in Texas?

Meanwhile, Rep Hastings is not what one would call, STABLE....

"If Sarah Palin isn't enough of a reason for you to get over whatever your problem is with Barack Obama, then you damn well had better pay attention," Hastings said, as reported by ABC News. "Anybody toting guns and stripping moose don't care too much about what they do with Jews and blacks. So, you just think this through."
H.R. 645, which seeks to allocate $360 million for developing the emergency centers, has been referred to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and to the Committee on Armed Services.

A St. Louis man landed in jail for joking about shoe bombs after he boarded
a plane.
Michael Shafermeyer, 30, spent more than three days behind bars
after making what he says was a joke at Lambert Airport.

When a flight attendant asked him to close his laptop after boarding on
Saturday, Shafermeyer told KMOV-TV in St. Louis that he jokingly asked her, "Are
you the one who checks for shoe bombs?"

...Within minutes, federal agents removed him from the plane. He was
booked at the St. Louis County jail and placed in solitary confinement, where he
spent two-and-a-half days before being placed with other inmates on his final
day.

Shafermeyer was released on Tuesday. He has been charged with making a
false bomb report, he told KMOV-TV.

Now, I understand the need for security in this day and age, but this has got to stop. He was obviously asking a question of her duties and qualifications (can't I make a joke?). It's not like he asked, "What would you do if I had a shoe bomb?"

He asked if she was the one who checked for them. He made a joke. If we are going to be throwing people in jail for what they say in a joking manner, then we need to throw a whole lot of comedians in jail for charges ranging from defamation, inflammatory diress, racism, inciting to violence, humiliation and insensitivities toward the physically and mentally disabled.

The very first US Senate bill coming up for the 2009 session is a doozy. No, it is not about cutting wasteful spending or reducing our tax burden as we were promised.

Oklahoma's Sen Tom Coburn has the lowdown:

Oklahoma U.S. Senator Tom Coburn is criticizing a decision by Senate
leaders to make a $10 billion omnibus lands package the first order of business
in the 111th Congress. More than 100 organizations ranging from the U.S. Chamber
of Commerce to the National Wildlife Refuge Association have expressed
opposition to this package, according to Coburn, due to its wasteful earmarks,
anti-conservation provisions and anti-domestic energy production provisions.

"The decision by Senate leaders to kick off the new Congress with an
earmark-laden omnibus lands bill makes a mockery of voters' hopes for
change. This package represents some of the worst aspects of congressional
incompetence and parochialism. Congress should spend the next few weeks holding
hearings on an economic stimulus package and identifying areas of the budget to
cut to pay for that proposal. Instead, the Senate is set to resume business as
usual," Dr. Coburn said.

So much for hope and change and hoping for change. Seems like spend as usual up there. And note, I also blame so called Republicans too. At a time of national, if not world-wide, recession, our government is spending and spending on pet projects to the tune of nearly 8 Trillion now.

LIVE Earth India, a concert scheduled for December 7 in Mumbai to raise money for solar energy projects, has been cancelled due to the terrorist attacks in the city.

"Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are saddened to announce that Live Earth India has been called off,'' said a joint statement from the organisers, including former US vice-president Al Gore.
Of course, the weather is also out of our control, but for some reason this buffoon thinks we have an effect on it.
"Together, we will continue to work for solutions to the climate crisis for the good of the people of India and around the world,'' the organisers said.

If the concert is for the good of mankind, then why not go ahead with concert. I think the people of India could use some "good" right now. But then, what the greens do has never been about the "good of the people".

He calls these attacks "beyond our control" and is thus saddened that the concert to raise his money is called off. He continues then spewing his rhetoric about a "climate crisis" in the aftermath of the massacre of Indians and westerners.

And once again, no condemnation for the act and against the terrorists from either the liberals or the UN which is cosponsoring this lovely event.

Thank the lord for social liberal Democrats in New Orleans. Keeping people dependent upon the government, government policies that prevent independent living like owning your own car, depending on government transportation to get around city..... now these people are having to wait more than 2 hours in the hot sun waiting for a city-paid bus to take them and their pets out of the city. Where? Who knows. But, even the pets get city-provided transportation in the pet-carriers. They even get city-provided water bottles while they wait for the city-provided buses.

Good thing they didn't buy those stupid earth killing vehicles.

Weather Channel is already predicting that Hurricane Gustav's name will be retired due to the massive destruction that it is going to wreak upon New Orleans.

My gut is telling me that the storm might hit closer to Houston. And as crass as it sounds, I am going to laugh if the city of New Orleans gets flooded again. And then I will cry when I realize that the government will once again spend BILLIONS to repair that sinking 7foot under sea level city.

How many billions are being spent already and the storm has just entered the Gulf.

LANCASTER, Ohio --- A Pickerington couple and their son are fighting for custody of a baby born to a Lancaster woman charged with having unlawful sex with the boy, who was 15 at the time of conception.
A paternity test shows that the teen is the father of the baby born April 7 to Jane C. Crane, who was 19 when she became pregnant. Now, a judge has ordered him to pay $50 a month in child support and set visitation at seven hours a week.
"The child support was the icing on the cake. I couldn't believe that our son has to pay child support to his abuser."

Will American teenagers not work at McDonalds? Hardly. But, for one owner of 11 franchises, he hired illegals in order to increase his profit. But far be it to just take jobs away from Americans, the company also created false documents and ID's for the illegals.

You did read all of the above right, they actively supplied illegal aliens with ID and documents to allow them to break the law, yet there's only one mention n the article of a possible jail sentence for any of those who committed this crime. No jail either it seems for the illegal aliens who used the identity theft to obtain employment.

And in furtherance of those laws that we hold dear and expect fair and equal treatment...

The company was caught with 58 illegal aliens, but I'm sure there are more. As the article points out 30 illegal aliens have left the country since the bust and the rest were allowed to remain here in the good old US of A.

Meanwhile, we have another church sheltering another illegal within their walls for over a year while those who support breaking America's culture and laws have violently attacked people who have protested the church and its actions.

Liliana - the illegal alien Elvira Arellano wannabe - has been holed up in the Simi Valley United Church of Christ for one year this week. Throughout this year patriots have been rallying and protesting the church's outright illegal behavior, and so far federal law enforcement has been unresponsive. During that year several patriots at rallies in front of the church have been physically assaulted by illegal aliens and their supporters.

Yep, the same kind of church that Obama and his peace, love, and happy preacher attend. So, you know how they feel about America and American values.

Meanwhile, thanks to the vast increase in illegals and drug cartel traffic from Mexico, Phoenix has now become the kidnap capital of the United States. I am very sure that the fact that it is a sanctuary city has nothing to do with it.

In the video they point out that almost every case they cover in phoenix is tied to drug or human smuggling.
You can of course put all the blame on the Mayor of Phoenix, Phil Gordon, who has refused to crack down on illegal aliens. Mayor Gordon went so far as to say that those opposed to illegal aliens are extremists and that "It's outrageous conduct on the part of these individuals who have proclaimed themselves self-judges of who belongs in our country and who doesn't belong in our country".

That's funny because I don't see any patriots out there kidnapping anyone, yet there were over 350 kidnappings - with extortionist purposes and with every instance including torture - in Mayor Gordon's one city alone last year.

So, when someone tells you that these people only want to come up here to make their lives better and get a piece of the American dream, it is not so. The American dream is one where we pull ourselves up by our own bootstraps, dig in, and do something that betters our lives as well as those around us. And most importantly, we do it legally as well. If these illegals really wanted to make their lives better, then they would not have started it out by breaking our laws. And don't forget all the drug trafficking, slave trade, and drug-militia.

Hmmm, seems that judges in UK have nothing better to do. If thousands upon thousands of pounds can be spent upon deciding whether this is a food or a snack, then what other simple things can they get their fingers on?

LONDON — Britain's High Court has ruled that Pringles are not a potato snack, and thus are not subject to value-added tax.

Warren overruled a VAT Tribunal decision that Pringles should be subject to the 17.5-percent tax because it met the definition of "potato crisps, potato sticks, potato puffs and similar products made from the potato, or from potato flour, or from potato starch."

The judge found that Pringles were only 42 percent potato, and thus exempt.

So much for Pringles claiming that it is pure potato. Makes you wonder, what comprises the other 58%?

House Republicans blocked Democrats on Thursday from requiring oil and gas companies to drill on the millions of acres of government land and water on which they already own federal leases.

Seeking to counter a push by congressional Republicans to lift a long-standing drilling ban on most offshore U.S. waters, Democratic leaders maintained the industry should first go after oil and natural gas in areas where they hold leases.

HOWEVER... they did do this...

Separately, lawmakers moved to help local mass transit systems cope with a rush of new ridership as people turn to public transit in response to high gasoline prices.

The House voted 322-98 to authorize $1.7 billion over the next two years to lower fares and expand operations as more riders flock to public transit. The transit measure, which must still be considered by the Senate, marks the first time federal money would be used to support local mass transit operating costs.

However, mass transit has been supported every year. So, despite their clamoring, the repubs once again turned on americans.

I kind of understand why they would not vote for a bill requiring companies to drill in areas they are not doing so, mainly because probably the oil companies know that these are low quality areas and thus leaves these scrags till last, but then to turn around and spend tax dollars on mass transit that only a very very small percentage of people use in this country!?!?!

Once again, they turn to socialism and forcing small states to pay for the massive population center's problems.

Arena football has turned animal. and I am not talking about the players. When players land near the sides, the people in the stands will lean out as far as they can and WRESTLE the ball out of the player's hands.

This has to be stopped.

There needs to be flags on the home town's team for that. This is just beastial.

Washington Building Border Fence... sorta

From WND comes this amazing tale of hypocrisy on the part of our own government with regard to our national security. Can our administration be more concerned with the security of an enemy of Israel than with our own? Or Israel's?

Washington was finally getting serious about building a border fence. I told you some $23 million had been allocated for engineering teams to focus on smuggling tunnels and building a sturdier, impregnable border barrier. The resources of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had been directed to help with the project.

That was the good news.

The bad news was the border fence is not between the U.S. and Mexico. It is the fence separating the Hamas-cidal maniacs in the Gaza Strip from their Arab neighbors in Egypt.

You will often hear from those opposing the building of a U.S.-Mexico border fence that it won't work – it won't really stop or be a deterrent to those determined to cross over into the U.S. The detractors often cite tunneling as one option.

Well, guess what? The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has figured that out – at least so far as the tunnels being dug under the fence between Gaza and Egypt. The U.S. is teaching the Egyptian troops how to use advanced technological equipment to find and destroy the tunnels, including instruments that measure ground fluctuations and signal that a tunnel is being dug.

Haven't officials in Washington been telling the American people for the last two years that building border fences is a waste of time and money? Don't they claim that fences really don't keep undesirables out? Don't they tell us fences are inhumane and oppressive? Didn't they say you can't build a fence high enough to keep out bad guys?

So why is it that a border fence separating Arabs in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula from Arabs in Gaza is a good thing? And why does it work?

Didn't Washington also tell Israelis they shouldn't build a fence to protect their civilian population from Arab terrorists on the West Bank? Why, I must ask, was it morally wrong for the Israelis to build a fence to protect their citizens from Arab terrorists, but it's the right thing for Egypt to do? In fact, it's so right for Egypt, American taxpayers have been volunteered to pick up the tab!

So Egypt has been forced to build fences and walls to keep the infiltration to a minimum. It's funny how you don't hear many complaints about this wall.

You sure hear them every time an American insists one should be erected along the U.S. southern border. You certainly heard them during Israel's construction of its own security barrier separating itself from the future Palestinian state next door.

And no one claims this wall won't work. In fact, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is determined to make it work and is spending U.S. taxpayer dollars to ensure it does.

Why are we paying\subsidizing the construction of a border wall between two enemies of the US and Israel? Why are we saying that this wall is ok to build, but ours and Israel's is not. Why is $23 million being spent on a wall half-way across the world when our own wall is so full of holes and is only a fraction of the way built. Oh the hypocrisy of it all.

"Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided," Obama declared Wednesday, to rousing applause from the 7,000-plus attendees at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee policy conference.
But a campaign adviser clarified Thursday that Obama believes "Jerusalem is a final status issue, which means it has to be negotiated between the two parties" as part of "an agreement that they both can live with."
He refused, however, to rule out other configurations, such as the city also serving as the capital of a Palestinian state or Palestinian sovereignty over Arab neighborhoods.
"Beyond those principles, all other aspects are for the two parties to agree at final status negotiations," the Obama adviser said.

Well, that does clarify things. It proves that he is NOT pro-Israel. He is in fact a naive diplomat who refuses to defend and support one of our closest friends and allies. They are our friends for many reasons, the primary of which is that we are a Christian nation based out of Israel. Our faith and system of government were born there.

If you do not believe that Jerusalem belongs to Israel, then you my friend are not a believer in the Bible and are no supporter of democracy and freedom.

Over the past weekend, Islamic judge decided that wearing certain kinds of t-shirts by Christians is illegal and punished the two Christian brothers for that with a 500 Euro fine and/or 60 days in jail.

MoonBats Going Crazy Over Bonfires

It would seem that in Seattle, liberal green wackos believe that bonfires along their beaches will lead to "global warming".

But Seattle Parks and Recreation might do what even this week's chilly weather couldn't -- douse the long tradition of beach bonfires at Alki and at Golden Gardens.

Park department staff is recommending reducing bonfires at the two beaches this summer and possibly banning them altogether next year.

The park board will hear the recommendation Thursday, and the city plans to run public-service announcements and hand out brochures later this month about the effects of bonfires on global warming.

According to a memo to the park board from the staff released Thursday, "The overall policy question for the Board is whether it is good policy for Seattle Parks to continue public beach fires when the carbon ... emissions produced by thousands of beach fires per year contributes to global warming."

Well, despite all the hooplah around the web this weekend over this news story, one who has lived up in that area knows where this is coming from. There has been a consistent effort on the part of policy people in the NW to push homeowners away from wood stoves. Currently, only state-certified stoves can be purchased. And, they can only be installed by state-certified official wood stove installers.

I only see this story out of Seattle as another in a long line of measures to do away with any kind of personal burning. Whether that is wood stoves, bonfires, backyard BBQs, and pretty soon... fireworks.

Like I said, I am not surprised and neither should you. These people are voted in to office by you people. You want to decrease governmental budgets, decrease utility bills, decrease gas prices, increase individual liberties, increase funding for troops and the war of the southern border.... then elect the right people.

School officials say at least one of the students waved and carried the flag in the parking lot. The boys argue they never took the flags off their trucks, but they admit they brought them to the school.

Officials asked the students to remove the flags. Eventually, all three students were suspended for three days -- which, in this case, included graduation. Officials say a Student Code of Conduct prohibits behavior that may provoke or offend other students.

"We are very clear that the Confederate flag is a symbol of hatred, bigotry and racism," said Rick Kaufman, the Executive Director of Community Relations at Bloomington Kennedy High School.

Hmmm. The Confederate Flag equals hatred and bigotry (against who?) as well as racism? Why is it a symbol of racism? Because it was used by the KKK during their rallies? Does that mean the Duke Boys and the show "Dukes of Hazard" was racist? Was that show about hatred and bigotry?

Now, you can say that the KKK was about hatred, bigory and racism as it was directed against Jews and Blacks. But, does the Confederate Flag represent those ideals as well? Let's go back to the earlier days of the Confederate Flag. From WikiPedia again...

The first Confederate Flag was called "The Stars and Bars" and somewhat resembled the then current US Flag. It was changed to the second confederate flag that was called "The Stainless Banner". It was this flag that incorporated the symbol that later became known as the Confederate Flag as part of its design. The third flag was square and was the battle flag of the confederate states in order to distinguish its armies from the northern Union armies' flags. Ultimately there were 13 stars within the blue crossed banner on a field of red. A navy flag was developed from this but made into rectangular shape and a much lighter blue field. This flag was not widely used. The final flag, that became the widely known "Confederate Flag" utilized the rectangular shape of the navy flag and the colors from the battle flag.

The flags were designed over many years to help distinguish armies from opposing armies and to denote who is involved and identified under that flag. Thus there were 13 stars for the 13 states near the end of 1861.

So, here we see the formation and history of the flag and how it was not intended as means to promote and instill fear and hatred upon the Confederate State's enemies. The ideology of the Confederate States is one of rebellion and standing up for what you believe in and fighting against the big government rules.

From WikiPedia.com comes this definition of bigot: Bigot is often used as a pejorative term against a person who is obstinately devoted to prejudices even when these views are challenged or proven to be false or not universally applicable or acceptable.

So get this. To be a bigot to means to be intolerant of other people's views, to be prejudiced against others and to hold opinions that are counter to common knowledge. To me, it is the school officials that are bigoted here. They are the ones that are being hateful and bigoted towards the views of these High Schoolers. To me, this is clearly a violation of free speech.

And, the Civil War was not about racism. It was about state's rights over federal rights. It was about the feds telling the states what laws they will be forced to enact and how to live their lives. That war was not about the hatred of blacks. While some in the south probably did indeed hate blacks (that feeling was world wide actually), the reason for secession was over the fact that the states did not want to be told how to operate by the feds.

"It's truly unfortunate that the bad decision they made will prevent them from walking across the stage in graduation," Kaufman said adding that the school has dealt with students bringing confederate flags to school before.

Now, was this after school and in the parking lot? Or was it in a classroom? If it was after school, then I think something could be made that they were on their own time.

But the students argue the punishment doesn't fit the crime. They say they show the flag as a sign of rebellion, not racism.

"The confederate army was in rebellion to the U.S. Army who were about money and power," Fredin said. "We never took it as racial or anything like that."

Meantime, the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota said the students would likely not have a case in court.

Yeah, wonder why that is?!?! Hmmm?

"If the authorities can make the claim that the presence of the flag can reasonably disrupt the educational process than they can censor it," said Charles Samuelson with the ACLU of Minnesota.

Yeah, not like the ACLU to stand up for normal decent people. ACLU is all about trashing christianity, protecting deviants and freaks, and demolishing established historical and cultural norms.

More Thoughts On Illegal Immigration

I whole-heartedly agree. However, Mexico HAS advocated illegal immigration with their creation of pamphlets to aid the illegal's crossing. They have refused to assist us on the border to eliminate the violence from drug cartels and rogue army soldiers. Who is to say whether those Mexican soldiers are under orders to shoot at US Border Patrol or not.

We need to allow our Border Patrol to shoot back with BIGGER weaponry. No more putting our Patrol agents in jail for defending this nation from Mexican drug runners.

This is an invasion. This is their way of taking over our country without officially firing a shot or declaring war. They want our lands and our resources and our economy. They greatly depend upon us to fuel and feed their people back home even.

I say it is time to stop this. I say we stop NAFTA and any other monetary measures we have with Mexico, until they agree to stop their people from illegally crossing into our country. Of course, this also means we have to do something on our side as well. And you know as well as I, that that is not going to happen for at least another 4-5 years no matter who wins the presidency this term.

Our Legislature has continually sold us out to the lowest bidder and undermined our national sovereignty. They have proved time and time again that they will do anything to promote illegal immigration through their creation of amnesty programs. There have been at least a half-dozen amnesty programs enacted by Congress and signed by Presidents. What lunacy is this?

When it takes longer and longer for people who want to come here legally, what lunacy is this that gives a free pass and no consequences amnesty to people who broke our laws to get here. And in many cases, continually break the laws on a daily basis.

If you are sick and tired of illegal immigration, then do something about it, ya'll. Vote for people who will enforce our immigration laws. Vote for people who will not allow illegals to have more rights than legal citizens. Vote for people who will not promise amnesty programs. Vote for people who will actively prosecute businesses who employ illegals. Vote for national legislators who will block all aid to Mexico until they begin to respect out national sovereignty.

He interviews an Arizona State Legislator on their "controversial" (any time the media calls it controversial, you know it has to be good for America) new law that bans businesses from hiring anyone without proper American identification. Mexico is furious about. Well, was furious as this happened I believe earlier this year.

Glenn's interview with this legislator shows how vapid our legislators really are. This guy strongly believes that it is Mexico's right to come and dictate what laws we enact and enforce. He strongly believes that it is OK for Mexico to come to America and tell US that we HAVE to hire their illegals because the country of Mexico can't afford them. And if America sends them back, then it will be a travesty because Mexico is unable to house, school and feed them.

BOOHOOO!! Who Cares!! Who cares what Mexico thinks about our own laws that protect our nation, lands, economy and our families.

Update on Capt Scott

Hello all,

Here is an update on my fun and joy with Capt. Scott Wright. After repeated attempts to get him to reply to me, my friend has decided to cut me loose. I feel....betrayed. I feel like I have lost a part of myself.

Anyways, back to life.
I apologize for not updating more here. I have been in the process of moving to a new and temporary location. I don't know how long I will be here at my new super secret location, so I may have the joy of moving again very soon. UGH!!!! I think I would rather go in debt again to pay someone to move me that move myself again. I have moved 8 times now in 10 years.

And what is strange, each time I move I have to increase the size of the you-haul truck. BUT, I keep throwing stuff away too. How does that happen? This time prior, I moved my house which included a washer and dryer and a motorcycle in the back of 24-foot "u"-haul. This time, I did not have the washer and dryer or the motorcycle. So I was thinking to myself, "self, we should get a 17-foot truck because I have fewer big things to move." Right?? NOOOOOOO.

It would seem that the 17-footer is also narrower than the 24-foot. Therefore, I had lost ALOT of truck space not just truck length. I had to make 2 trips with one of the 2 other cars helping me move stuff.

Did I mention I hate moving??? Did I mention that I may have to move again here shortly?

UGH!!

Google Lets Memorial Day Down Once Again

Once again, Google let's our fighting men and women down during this Memorial Day holiday. Google, while celebrating all sorts of holidays and events, has failed year after year to memorialize the debt paid by our military personnel.

Zombi has an update to his efforts last year to convince Google that they are in the wrong. But, like any power-hungry ideologue, they can't see it.

Google's so-called excuse for this behavior is laughable:
If we were to commemorate this holiday, we'd want to express reverence; however, as Google's special logos tend to be lighthearted in nature, this would be a particularly challenging design. We wouldn't want to create a graphic that could be interpreted as disrespectful in any way.

They tore her and her campaign up for it claiming that she was hoping that Obama would get assassinated. Which of course, was not the intent for the comment at all.

But, have you heard a word about how Mrs Obama agreed with the media that Mr. Obama should\could be assassinated? No?

Body Parts Wash Up In British Columbia

For the fourth time in a year, a severed human foot has washed ashore in British Columbia. Authorities are investigating the discovery made on uninhabited Kirkland Island, the CBC reported.

The foot, which was inside a shoe, is the fourth in a mysterious string of incidents in which feet have been found along British Columbia’s beaches.

In August, two size 12 feet were found, and a third was discovered in February. All three were right feet, and all were in sneakers. Authorities have not said whether the fourth foot is also a right foot.

Nycki Basra, of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, told the CBC they are working to trace where the foot came from, and said it could be a result of suicide, accident or foul play.

Yeah, I am betting it is suicide. Especially noting that all the feet were right feet.

She didn't have a special permit to follow Christianity as required by law nor did she have the authorization to change her religion. Six other Christians face the same charges in a separate court case.

Iranian police in the southern Iran city of Shiraz this month cracked down against known Muslim converts to Christianity, arresting members of three Christian families and confiscating their books and computers. The arrests began at 5 a.m. on May 11, when two couples were taken into custody before boarding their flights at the Shiraz International Airport and sent directly to jail. All four were subjected to hours of interrogation, questioning them solely “just about their faith and house church activities,” an Iranian source told Compass. Two days later, local police picked up two more former Muslims involved in a separate house church in Shiraz as the Christian converts were talking together in a city park. Both men, Mahmood Matin and a second man identified only as Arash, are still jailed. Still another arrest incident was reported last month in the northern city of Amol, in Mazandaran province near the Caspian Sea. Two of the arrested converts to Christianity, one a pregnant woman, are still imprisoned, with no news of their whereabouts.

T. Boone Pickens was on Glenn Beck Show tonight. They were discussing how we have gotten into the mess of having $134 barrel of oil and gas prices near $4.

One of his comments struck me. Now, we tend to think about how the gas prices affect us individually. But, this comment really strikes a BIG chord. He said,

We are importing 72% of our oil from other countries. And at $125 a barrel, we are EXPORTING $750 BILLION outside this country. And many of those countries are not our friends.

Instead of keeping the money here in our own country by developing our own oil resources, we are throwing money to other countries instead of supporting our own.

How on earth can these people justify increasing the federal budget when our economy is still not very solid, gas and food prices are climbing through the roof and we are fighting a war that they say we can't afford?!?!

They then spend their time berating, hammering and accusing oil executives of price gouging consumers by raising the price of gas. Hello!?!? Oil companies are making the least amount of profit per gallon of gas than they have over the last decade or so. Local oil companies do not control the cost of gas, really. That is done on the market.

The senate sits there and accuses these people who work for a living while the senate THEMSELVES refuse to let these companies go drill and explore for more oil!! They accuse them of limiting supplies when it is the Congress that has prevented them from doing so. How can you demand prices decline if you prevent the increase in supply?? They then turn around and DEMAND that OPEC increase production, while refusing to allow our companies to do the same.

How ludicrously insane can one be?!!? Please people. Please think long and hard about this. I know public school systems are not teaching civics, economics, and market analysis but this is just common sense, people.

Do not vote for people who refuse to allow the drilling or mining of our natural resources. They will drive our economy in to the dirt. If you do, then DO NOT whine about high gas prices. You voted them in and you asked for it.

I was perusing blogs this evening and found one that piqued my eye. I loved how this person use imaginative words to convey the message. How he flowed from start to end where he wanted us to go. His use of imagery with his language was very appealing. I was actually reading this person's blog because of a France Court's recent ruling stating that the man Charles Enderlin sued for defamation, etc won his appeal. Philippe Karsenty took on France2 and Enderlin for having the audacity to inflict global damage upon Israel by producing a heretic of a news piece that has been called, the al-Durah affair. Karsenty initially was found to have defamed and libeled Enderlin and France2, but the appeals court overruled that.

Anyway, what caught my brain was this passage from the Breath of the Beast blog:

MILLBURY, Ohio — Parents have complained to a northwest Ohio school board that a chaperone sealed students in their hotel rooms with duct tape during a high school choir trip.

At a heated meeting yesterday, Michelle Mata told the Lake Local school board in Millbury that the tactic panicked her son during a recent weekend trip to Chicago.

Sylvia Keeler says she may file charges. Her son, Mark Hummel, said he worried he could be trapped during a fire.

School board president Timothy Krugh told parents the tape was meant to keep students safe. Schools Superintendent Jim Witt says the tape would show if students violated curfew but wouldn't have kept them from escaping in an emergency.

Ok, you get that? This was a HIGH SCHOOL choir trip from Ohio to Chicago. They stayed in hotel rooms. Ok? With me so far? I have not floored you yet that a school was allowed to take kids to a hotel room, have I?

Ok. Now we have reports that two moms are flipping out about this. Were they not made aware of how the school was going to handle curfew and maintaining separate sleeping chambers? DID THEY NOT EVEN BOTHER TO ASK BEFOREHAND?!?!?

Ok. Now comes the juicy part. These are high schoolers, right? They were AFRAID of being in a room whose door had some duct tape on it?!?!?!? Oh.... My...Gawd!!!

Ok. Let me first say that nothing in this story suggests that these kids were ... "special". So, noting that I must assume that these are ordinary high school kids. Well, Ok. They were in ... ugh.. ... choir. But still. fairyly normal kids.

Ok. Hotel room door whether being on the inside of the building or located on the outside of the building all open in toward the inside. Placing duct tape on the doors would mean placing the tape into a corner created by the door and the door jam. Thus, this does not really create that big of a sealant. Do you agree? And yet, these kids were "panicked" over this?

Ok. Now, I really love the School Board's reasoning on this. At least the first excuse. It is for their own safety. HAHAHAHAHHAAHAAAA.

No, it is for YOUR own safety keeping horny kids separated from each other. OMG. If you can't trust these kids to maintain themselves then why take them on a field trip in the first place?!?!!?

Ok. Now, depending on the type of hotel they stayed at, if the hotel used key cards instead of real keys, all the school representatives had to do was go to the front desk and request a time-stamped door access for all the kid's doors. That would tell the school when the door was last accessed for entry.

Come on people. Get over it. Grow up. Let your kids live and learn. Schools, get back to teaching kids how to read, write and do math and science. You are failing. My kid still writes like he is in kindergarten. No teacher has cared. I tried and had him doing decent penmanship early on, but with teachers not caring how he scribbles, he learned not to care. Georgia is flunking almost all of its students and this school board is focusing on taking kids to hotel rooms and getting sued by NINNIES!!!

"Violence" Against Christian Books. Oh My!

From Fox News comes a story about Orthodox Jews burning the Christian New Testament. In effect, they are burning half of the Christian Bible. But, I think you get the picture either way. (It would be rather ironic if they were burning the whole bible because then they would be burning their own books as well).

Orthodox Jews have burned hundreds of New Testaments in the latest act of violence against Christian missionaries in Israel.

Uzi Aharon, the deputy mayor of the central Israeli town of Or Yehuda, says he got into a loudspeaker car last Thursday and urged people to turn over hundreds of New Testaments and missionary material recently distributed by missionaries.

The books were dumped into a pile and religious students set them afire in a lot near a synagogue, he said. The Maariv newspaper reported Tuesday that hundreds of students took part in the book-burning.

Now. Let us wait and see how many representatives of the Christian faith come out and DEMAND an apology, or demand that the Mayor resign and the school close. Let us see how long it takes before the Mayor is forced to get up in front of a Christian church, kiss a Christian Bible and submit himself to sorrowful apologies, and meanwhile, the students are honorably expelled from their schools and sent home.

Let me put it this way...... I won't hold my breath. Now, it won't surprise me to hear someone submit an article or a news blurb to say that they were shocked and astounded by the actions of a few Jewish zealots. And they would like to have hoped that this sort of thing would not have happened again as in the days of the Nazi and S.S. book burning glee-clubs. They will even say that they are saddened that religious Jews would have stooped this low in their expression of anger towards Christians who have lived side-by-side with them for centuries.

For Christians, spreading the message of Jesus is a duty and responsibility given to us by Jesus himself. Our message is not spread out of hate for the listener, but out of love. We only want them to know the love, devotion, and hopefulness that we have gained from knowing that Jesus is our Savior and that he will return very soon to take us home.

I know this is a crude analogy, but I think it fits: Stopping a Christian from spreading the message of Jesus' hope of grace and resurrection and heaven is like asking an insurance salesman to stop going door to door trying to sell his message.

For those who do not want to listen to our message all they have to do is say "NO". That is it. There is no interrogation. There is no bright light in a dark room with chains and electric shock. A US soldier stationed in Iraq was disciplined for taking target practice shots at a Quran, the muslim's holy book - as the media loves to remind us. (how come they never say that about the bible, calling it the christian's holy book, or the world's holy book, or the book that led to the foundation of the major super powers of the world and the defeat of every enemy they have faced?)

Iraqi police found the bullet-riddled Quran with graffiti inside the cover on a small-arms range near a police station in Radwaniyah, a former insurgent stronghold west of Baghdad, U.S. military spokesman Col. Bill Buckner said in an e-mailed response to a query.

American commanders then launched an inquiry that led to disciplinary action against the soldier, who has been removed from Iraq, Buckner said. The shooting, which occurred May 9 and was discovered two days later, threatened to further strain relations between the Americans and Sunni allies who have joined forces with them against al-Qaida in Iraq in Radwaniyah and other areas.

The Association of Muslim Scholars, a Sunni group, condemned the shooting of the Quran, calling it "a hideous act against the book of almighty God and the constitution of the nation and the source of its glory and dignity."

I wonder if that same soldier would have met with the same punishment if he had used the Bible as the target? Some how, I doubt it very much.

At most, it shows a measure of insensitivity on the part of the soldier, but, to ship him out of Iraq and stain his record is a bit much I think.

The incident was first reported by CNN, which broadcast a ceremony at which the top American commander in Baghdad apologized to tribal leaders in Radwaniyah. The military confirmed the details in an e- mailed response to a query.

"I come before you here seeking your forgiveness," Maj. Gen. Jeffery Hammond was quoted as saying. "In the most humble manner I look in your eyes today and I say please forgive me and my soldiers."

The commander also read a letter of apology by the shooter, and another military official kissed a Quran and presented it to the tribal leaders, according to CNN.

"It has already taken far too many American and Iraqi lives, it has cost far too much in money and the reputation of the United States, and it has drained far too much from the capability of our military," she said in a statement.

Meanwhile, we have people back home trying to undermine this nation by having us surrender to our enemies. How can we end a war when we are still fighting it, unless we surrender? So, being born in Hawaii is not justification enough for his staff to approve his going there to campaign? If I were in Hawaii I would be utterly peeved and disappointed in Obama.

This man thinks we have 60 states? No, of course not. He believes we have 57 because he has been listening to the Muslim propaganda too much. Muslims believe that there are 57 nation states.

Besides, who is in charge of his campaign? Is it his "advisors" and staff? Why isn't it Obama? Please think hard about the implications of this on his presidency. If he is unable or is prevented from running his own campaign and making his own decisions, then how can he be an effective leader of the greatest nation on earth? The president has to make incredible gut-wrenching decisions. Will Obama only be a figure-head president while those behind him pulling the strings will be the true leaders? Please, please think hard about the implications of having a false president and what that will do to our nation.

Think of who his advisors are. Think of who supports his win. His advisors have promoted Hamas' values and supporting them. Terrorist groups have supported a Hamas win as president because they know he will be more friendly towards them and their causes. A German court on Wednesday ruled that a Muslim student cannot skip co-ed swimming lessons because her religion prohibits form-fitting clothes that do not cover her body, The Local reported.

The 12-year-old girl’s parents sued a school in the northern city of Remscheid after it refused to let the girl skip the lessons. The court sided with the school, saying that the state’s responsibility to educate the girl outweighed an infringement on her religious freedom.

Once again, courts have ruled that a person's rights stop when they enter in a school. In California, courts have ruled that parents lose the right to teach, train, and dictate what a child learns when that child enters public school. And, they have ruled that home schools are basically illegal because parents are not certified teachers using certified teaching material approved by the California Public School System.

Now, as in California, Germany has declared war on religious freedom. Are they going to also make vegetarians eat meat? Are they going to make those people allergic to peanuts eat peanut butter?

These continued attacks on our personal freedoms must stop as we are not living in totalitarian regimes. When courts rule that our freedoms are null and void, then these courts must be made null and void. Our freedoms are higher than a court's rules and some judges whims. Freedoms, here in USA, are given to us by our Creator and CAN NOT be taken away by some person in a black robe ( a high priest of law making).

However, the parents are not completely innocent here either. The parents were given a choice of letting her wear a t-shirt and loose fitting clothes. The parents said no as her body shape will be seen when clothes become wet. The kid could wear a bathing suit under the clothes, a t-shirt over that, then she can wear a flannel-shirt over that. And then, she can wear tights on her legs, covered by leg warmers, and then finally a pair of sweat pants over that.

See, logic wins out.

hmmm.. your suggestion is an interesting one. I must say that having that much money around would be nice. However, the article you cited said that $100 million dollars was found. And that a week prior to that over $650 million dollars was found.

The article also mentioned that these monies were securely stored and taken to a secure location to be counted and would then be returned to Iraqi control back in 2003. Have you really managed to hold on to that much money all this time? What about the other $90 million? Hey, are you holding out on me?

If you really are military captain, then why use a gmail account? And isn't it illegal to confiscate found money on the battlefield and then send it overseas?

''I tend to admire people who in my opinion go beyond their speech -- they actually do what they say,'' Burge said.

The people did conserve, but that was not enough for the liberals. Voluntary rationing is just too much power in the hands of the people.

The people used less water.

Now it seems... the city is raising water rates 15% because less water has been purchased. Less water purchased means less monies going into the government's coffers. Now, that just won't do. We can tell you how much water to use, but pay them less money??? OH NO!!

Now the governor of North Carolina has done commercials to promote how kids can watch their neighbors water usage. how they can be invaluable for stooging\spying on their parents or neighbors!!

You wanted politicians who would tell you that they would go after someone else's money and property and give it to you or someone else. You like how that sounds. From WCBSTV.com comes a nice little story about how some members of the US House of Representatives live high on the tax-payers hog. How? They make you pay for their fancy cars, as well as the gas and registration too.

These guys are near millionaires and they are forcing us to pay for their cars.

NEW YORK (CBS) ― You may not realize it, but members of the House of Representatives can lease a car and have it paid for by you -- the taxpayer. And it's not just the car, but gas, registration, insurance … the works.

And as CBS 2 HD found out, there's no limit on how much they can spend.

Congressman Charles Rangel was recently seen getting out of his Cadillac DeVille, which he leases for $774 per month. Then there was Congressman Jose Serrano, getting out of his Buick LaCrosse, which he leases for $317 per month. And how about this one: Congressman Gregory Meeks was recently seen waiting for Congressman John Conyers to step out of Meeks' Lexus LS460, which Meeks leases for $998 per month.

All those leases are picked up by taxpayers through a little-known program available only to members of the House of Representatives.

Members of the House who choose to lease through the program have had a great deal of leeway. Congressman Anthony Weiner of Brooklyn, for example, leases a 2008 Chevy impala for $219/month. Congressman Ed Towns of Brooklyn used to lease a Lincoln for $845 per month, but switched to a 2008 mini-SUV made by Lincoln, the MKX, which costs $715 per month.

Rangel spoke to CBS 2 HD by phone about the seemingly extravagant expenses being racked up on the taxpayers' dime. CBS 2 HD: "How would you answer those people who say, 'Well, but it's taxpayer money. Instead of $700 a month, could you find something for, say, $300 a month?'"

Rangel: "I could probably find something for ... one of those red cars and then I think my constituents would say, 'With all the money that he gets, this is the respect he shows us?'"

Earlier, Rangel released a statement, further addressing the issue. "When I'm in New York, my car is my office. I use it to conduct Congressional business. It really pleases me that (my constituents) appreciate driving in a comfortable car, especially the senior citizens," Rangel said.

"The car isn't just a vehicle for getting around; it's an important part of doing my job and my constituents appreciate it."

Of the 42 Congressmen in New Jersey and New York about a dozen participate in the leasing program.

The U.S. Senate does not permit its members to lease cars with public money.

So, no, even the Senators see that this program is not ethical. But yet, this program still continues with the House. I am amazed though, how come this program continues? How come this issue was not brought up by those candidates running against these robber-barons.

NEW YORK — About two weeks after he was released from prison, Freddie Johnson boarded a crowded subway train during morning rush hour in Manhattan, squeezed in behind a woman and ground his pelvis into her backside, authorities said.

Johnson has been arrested a staggering 53 times — the majority for groping women on the subway, police and prosecutors said.

Arrested 53 TIMES?!!?!?

But the fact that Johnson was roaming the subways in the first place has raised questions about how the state deals with the problem of repeat sex offenders. His case even drew the scorn of a newspaper editorial this week that labeled Johnson the "Subway Rat."

Duh, you think?

Johnson, a registered sex offender, has been convicted at least twice of persistent sexual abuse within the last decade, prosecutors said. And he has a lengthy rap sheet, with 30 arrests for sex abuse, 13 for jostling and two for grand larceny, police said. He was released from prison on March 25 after serving four years for persistent sexual abuse,...

So, this will now be the third time he has been arrested for "persistent sexual abuse"??? How about calling this man a danger to himself and society?!?! LOCK THIS PERV UP FOREVER!

But, you say, well the justice system will protect us. You say that, but then you would be STUPID.

The state attorney general's office had argued that the 49-year-old should be confined under the state's civil commitment law for sex offenders, which went into effect last year, because he was at risk for repeat offenses. But a Manhattan Supreme Court Judge disagreed and instead placed Johnson on strict court-ordered supervision and electronic monitoring.

So, how'd that work out for ya then? Huh?

The Right To Protest?

Ok, a touchy subject for this post. What are the limits on free speech and the right to protest? Does it include standing out in front of an organization you have a complaint against? Does it include entering said organization and protesting during their board meetings?

What if that organization is the federal government? Is it still right or wrong to fully protest during congressional hearings? This is the kind of protest I am talking about here.

Should the congressional police have prevented these kind of protests from entering the halls of justice? They are turning the hallowed halls into a 3-ring circus of idiocy. I see no reason to allow people dressed and prepared like this entry into congressional hearings. They should be allowed free and unfettered access to protest outside on the steps of congress, but not in the same room where the hearings are being conducted.

Why allow them entry and then turn around and escort them out. That is exactly what they want. The police are just giving credence to their complaint that they are being silenced or mistreated. Why let them inside in the first place????

So, we have heard of people getting paid to protest (Rage Boy!), but this has got to take the cake. I would seem that some paid protesters from Palestine are wanting our soldiers to With Drwal from Iraq.

Why you may ask? Just look at the sign. And this one as well (hint: look bottom right of banners). It would seem that these paid protesters (with family) are part of Organized Labor Unions. I wonder how well they would have protested with Saddam still in power? You think that they could have told Saddam to get out of town like this??

Librarian Fired For Turning In Child-Porn Viewer

Again from OneNewsNow comes a story of a librarian who was fired for calling police on a man who was repeatedly caught viewing child-porn on public library computers.

A librarian assistant at the Lindsay Library, Biesterfeld was on the job late last month when she noticed 39-year-old Donny Chrisler downloading child porn on library computers. Biesterfeld told her supervisor Judi Hill, who instructed her to issue Chrisler a warning. Instead, Biesterfeld called police the next day. A few days later, Chrisler returned and Biesterfeld noticed he was once again viewing child porn. She notified police, who came and arrested Chrisler on the spot.

According to a press release, the police also confiscated the library's computer that had used by Chrisler. Supervisor Hill confronted police, accusing them of interfering where they did not belong and assuring them that county librarians were handling the matter internally. After police explained that, since federal law had been violated, it was now a legal matter in their hands, Hill demanded to know who reported the incident. The police protected Biesterfeld's identity. However, she was fired two days later.

A search warrant turned up thousands of images of child pornography on (Donny) Chrisler's home computer. He is currently behind bars, awaiting trial.

An organization called Family Friendly Libraries has presented the single mother with the Gold Star Award, commending her "for courageously acting on her conscience" to protect children from exposure to and exploitation by child pornography. Biesterfeld was also honored during a regular meeting of the Lindsay City Council.

Crampton says the former librarian has been lauded by many groups. "Even the American Library Association concedes that, under those circumstances, it is appropriate to contact the police. So the county's kind of dancing ... between a rock and a hard place. On the one hand [they are] saying it was not wrong ... for Brenda to contact the police; and on the other that they somehow had grounds to terminate her and claim some sort of unspecified violations of policy," Crampton contends.

This is the very reason to have moral socially conscious conservative christian people at all levels of the government.

Why Supreme Court Justices Are Important

From OneNewsNow site comes a story, an old story but one that bears repeating, about a christian who was almost silenced of his right to free speech.

Four years ago, then sophomore Chase Harper wore a T-shirt to school expressing a biblical view on homosexuality during the school's "Day of Silence" -- a day set aside to bring awareness to alleged homosexual-rights violations.

A school official told Harper to remove the shirt. Harper refused and was then subjected to counseling and interrogated by a deputy sheriff. The Ninth Circuit initially ruled the school was justified in censoring Harper, but the U.S. Supreme Court vacated the decision.

Once again, we see a real reason to get those lunatics out of the Ninth Circuit. They are vehemently opposed to free speech and to individual rights especially when it comes to christians and Boy Scouts.

Make sure you elect moral, responsible and conservative christian people to high offices. Or else you may be next.

Obama The Rock Star

You know, there is something vile about a person who is running for president of the United States acting like a rock star. Should a president hopeful really be selling his signature for votes?

I know that Presidents need people to like them and to want to vote for them, but to actively create a campaign built around acting like a rock star and the coming messiah?? That is blasphemous in the religious and secular sense.

But then, there is his wife who is taking most of the glory unto herself. I think somebody is getting a big head.
