Obama and his 60 state tour

Obama, while visiting in Iowa, mentioned that he had been traveling and traveling all over this great nation. Its just that one wonders what nation he had been traveling in...

It is wonderful to be back in Oregon," Obama said. "Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go. Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit, but my staff would not justify it."

The Times' conscientious Robin Abcarian thought she heard something different there. She checked her tape recorder. It had captured what he had actually said -- 57 states now.

At a later stop Obama was talking with reporters and expressed concern he'd also mis-stated the number of potential cyclone victims in Burma. He said, ""I hope I said 100,000 people the first time instead of 100 million. I understand I said there were 57 states today. It's a sign that my numeracy is getting a little, uh." At that point, an aide cut him off and ushered journalists out. Before he could mis-speak again?)

And who knew that's why he didn't go to Hawaii, the state he grew up in -- because his "staff would not justify it."?

So, being born in Hawaii is not justification enough for his staff to approve his going there to campaign? If I were in Hawaii I would be utterly peeved and disappointed in Obama.

This man thinks we have 60 states? No, of course not. He believes we have 57 because he has been listening to the Muslim propaganda too much. Muslims believe that there are 57 nation states.

Besides, who is in charge of his campaign? Is it his "advisors" and staff? Why isn't it Obama? Please think hard about the implications of this on his presidency. If he is unable or is prevented from running his own campaign and making his own decisions, then how can he be an effective leader of the greatest nation on earth? The president has to make incredible gut-wrenching decisions. Will Obama only be a figure-head president while those behind him pulling the strings will be the true leaders? Please, please think hard about the implications of having a false president and what that will do to our nation.

Think of who his advisors are. Think of who supports his win. His advisors have promoted Hamas' values and supporting them. Terrorist groups have supported a Hamas win as president because they know he will be more friendly towards them and their causes. They know that Obama will not be as friendly towards Israel as the previous presidents who were christian were.

Think long and hard before you vote for Obama. Do you want a man who serves and speaks for terrorists to be president?
